This page explains how to have your personal data stored by ai.topsmm.uz (operated by TOPSMM LLC) deleted — including data related to your Instagram connection.

1. Fastest way — disconnect Instagram from the cabinet

This immediately deletes your Instagram access token from our database:

1. Log in to the cabinet → Channels section.
2. On the Instagram card, click "Disconnect".

Instantly: the Instagram/Facebook access token, and the connected page/account ID and name, are permanently deleted from our database. This is an immediate, self-service action.

2. Full deletion request — via support

To delete your message history, account information, or your entire account, email support@topsmm.uz from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Data that will be deleted:

• Instagram/Facebook access tokens (if still connected);
• Instagram/Facebook account ID, username, and other profile data;
• stored Direct message and post-comment history;
• AI agent settings and knowledge base;
• cabinet account (email, name) — when full account deletion is requested.

Requests are completed within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once complete.

Exception: accounting records such as payment receipts/transactions may be retained beyond a deletion request for as long as required by Uzbekistan law, and will not be used for any other purpose during that period.

3. Important note

Deleting your data from our system does not delete your Instagram/Facebook account itself. To delete your Instagram/Facebook account entirely, use Meta's own account settings.
